The issue in GetHuman-kclary's own words
On June **th, I received a service call for a dishwasher and purchased a Home Warranty from Sears. The dishwasher was fixed ($**.**) and the $**.** (warranty) charge was charged. I was told I would receive a receipt, a contract number and a Welcome Kit outlining my coverage. I received nothing so far July *th) - I have experienced this type of scam from Sears in the past. You tell customers anything they want to hear and do not honor what you are told. I will honor the $**.** and the $**.** charges but I have put a dispute into my Bank to not allow anymore withdrawals from my account regarding your ? warranty. You seem to make it a practice of hiring foreign people who answer the phones and cannot even understand our language. They tell you anything you want to hear and back up nothing and that is after hanging up on you over and over when you try to confirm what you have been told. I will not use Sears again.
