I purchased a Elite washer from sears in ****. I’ve maintained a service contract for all these years and none of the service personnel could solve my problem. *Today my Elite was her turns on by itself anytime day or night with the lid open and runs through a wash cycle, which I consider a fire hazard. I’ve called for service on that issue and expect a service person on **** from *-*. *Now my original issue is the noise this machine has made since it was new. Yes, I’ve put up with it for seven years, but I’m older now and it drives me crazy. One service tech told me it’s because it direct drive. Well ok, but it’s so loud we can’t run it unless we’re out of the house. Now we think the machine has electrical issues because it’s turning on by itself, as I stated. So we can only turn it on while we’re home and stay outside for ** minutes in the **** degree heat in Texas. *My ask is that you give me credit for this Elite washer and afford a retired loyal customer some peace and quiet by sending me a new washer in trade. I’ve video’d the washer is a cycle with the awful audio if I can send it to you. My account number is listed under my cell ***-***-****.
