On May **th **** a service call was made to repair a wa****ng machine . The repairman determined there was a bad PCB . Order parts . A re-manufactured part arrived May **th **** . May **st part was installed . Part was defective .Repairman order new part on the **st. I have his ticket that shows the new part being ordered on the **st. When I called sear repair i was informed the part would not ****p until June **th **** . I called back to confirm appointment ,Was told part would not ****p until June **nd **** My wife called on June **th to confirm because part was still not here . Was told part would ****p within * days . Today I called was told by repair services and your part dept. they have no idea when the part will be ****pped . Can someone please explain why it takes , what is now * weeks as of today, to get parts for a wa****ng that is less then * years old.
