Sears Home Services has been a huge disappointment. The first and only time we need our washer repair turns into a month old issue. On the first repair appt on ********* the tech never showed up even after receiving a notice he was on his way. Then we had to reschedule for *********. In that case he did show up however then advised he could not proceed with the repair due to a sliding door that had to be removed by us. At the time my wife was unable to remove it since we were never informed it had to be done during the tech's first visit. Now we have to wait another * weeks without having a washer because of our working schedules and Sears not being able to make a special appt for a Saturday. My wife took * non paying work days for nothing. I made various attempts by phone and via chat to speak to a supervisor and it seems no one wanted to speak to me. ***At this point I just want my washer fixed ASAP. **Here's my info:*Zachary Vasquez***** N Chevington Ct Unit A*Orange, Ca *********-***-*****Order* ****************
