I had appointment on Wed Sept **th for my garbage disposal guy shows up but he cannot fix it as it leaks he said they need to set another appointment with someone who can replace it. He calls them and tells them this they tell him to collect $** from us and they will send someone else out. So far I have heard nothing from them and when I call I am on hold and then they tell me its not their dept and transfer me which I am on hold for at least ** min then they tell me I need the warranty dept which transferred me to begin with . I would like them to send someone out who can replace the garbage disposal and since I have already paid I think they should do this soon or at least contact me.
