Thought you might like to know that Cheyenne at the Shoppes @ Waterfront may need some retraining in manners and customer service. She apparently doesn't want to be working. My children purchased a gift for me yesterday and had trouble getting her to focus on them as she was chatting up with her friend. NOT nice! Then when they asked if she would please wrap the gift in some tissue, Ms. Cheyenne actually ROLLED HER EYES!!! As if they were just too much trouble for her. Is this really how Sea World wants to treat their guests? I highly recommend she be reminded that there are many who would love to have her job. If I were management, I would have fired her on the spot. Definitely bad for business.
I trust that Sea World will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
