I couldn't get my info to come up on my kindle fire for more than * months. So I called this company. I was told that they would fix the issue. Well, on******* I call them. I still couldn't get my info. They told me they would call between Thur or Sat. I waited no call. Then they were supposed to have the supervisor call @ * pm on Sat. Never received a call. I called them. Asked if since they canceled my membership could I get it @ the same rate as I was paying. $*.** per month. It had to be aproved. Then I was told I had to get Google chrome, which I would have to pay $**.** per month. They said I would see $**.**, but they would reduce it to $*.**. Add the $**.** I have to pay to Google there is no savings. I have been a member with these people since ****. It really isn't worth the hassle to me. Please just cancel everything. I will get my coverage with another company.
