Hello,*My Schlage BE*** Deadbolt has a problem with the outer dial, it skips mostly every time, but not all. The installed battery is a high end battery installed just a few months ago and still over *V. Push the upper button to lock, turn the dial and it skips. Grab, partial grab. I don't even think the 'Bolt' gets full extended, leaving me unsure if my home is protected. This has been happening for many months and has only got worse. Started to skip just once in awhile to now almost every time. Both locking and unlocking. How do I get service and repair or replacement? Am I really going to need to buy another deadbolt to feel secure, who's brand? I need to feel that my home is secure and that I'm not going to be locked out or that the bead bolt is not protecting me. Help!*I did send an email to 'consumerS*****@***.com' on ***********. Today is ********** and I have received no response of any kind. Now my *th attempt to call while writing this, because the other * calls was just loud music for over **min, I'm currently over **min on hold. M*y email included my receipt, pictures as listed, required and what my problem is. Two homes with Schlage locks, with two keyless deadbolts. My * year old one, works fine. My just over one year old on is my problem. Also my first time ever asking your company for support, why is it so hard to get assistance?
