Anne Sexton had a ticket change and got a phone message that the credit card did not go through. Her confirmation number is R*ZH*B and she is flying August * to Norway from Newark. Has the card gone through as she is now shown on that flight? Thanks, Hal

How GetHuman-halsexto fixed the problem
Called back after the first agent was not able to find my wife's booking nor that we had dogs on the plane. i found my wife's ticket number and the agent I am responding about found everything and was most pleasant. I do not think this was all the first agent's fault as he did not have the proper information. However, I do think he could have found the reservation for the two dogs as they are on my ticket. I did not rate him but would not have given him high marks partially because of the manner he responded to me could have been better. This agent, the one I am rating was super.
