The issue in GetHuman-saro's own words
On july **th I should take the flight SK*** from Milano Linate to Stockholm, but it was CANCELLED. You rebooked me on flight AZ*** to Paris, and I should take the SK*** to Stock. But even this flight was CANCELLED. *I was forced to sleep in Paris and rebooked next day **.* on AF**** to VENICE and than should take the SK ****. *BUT AF**** arrived too late and you rebooked me on SK**** to Copenhagen, than to Stockholm SK ****. I arrived in Stockholm on **.* at **.** and you LOST my Luggage.*I received my luggage only TODAY **.* with a big delay. **What I want? compensation for all flight CANCELLED and for the delayed luggage! Please, before I wll speak to a lawyer for all above, I am waiting for your arrangement. Your online forms are not suitable to describe this absurd situation that i took * days to reach my destination, instead of * hours and I got my luggage sooo late.
