GetHuman-umk's next move: talk to Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) when they open.
Scandinavian Airlines (SAS)'s call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-umk a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-umk's own words
We were told by SAS Star alliance partner that because we are a god member we will have free checked in luggage but when we arrived at the ariport we were told by SAS that they had changed the policy and have to charge us $**. The policy shown on our itinerary also seems to suggest that we get * free baggage. SAS customer care was very rude, dismiss our argument that it is the responsibility of SAS to make sure their partners know of their policy and said if they are not taking any more action when we asked to whom we should write. *Is there another level besides the person who responds to our completed complaint form?
