I and * friends flew from Stockholm to Copenhagen, this aft. On flight * ****. Our bags did not make it. We filed a complaint and since received updates, showing AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS IN COPENHAGEN. we sent in a correction via email, but received no confirmation, it was received. How do we proceed?
I trust that Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
