Reply to*Or send outgoing emails ... Our sasktel.net email addresses are not allowing us to reply to an email on our iPhone or iPad. If we go to your website it works but not on the iPhone and the iPad. We phoned and you guys said that there was an issue at your end and you would try to resolve it - we see you did a test but that was from your website not our iPhone so it did not resolve the issue. Now *****@***.com and the *****@***.com is not allowing outgoing emails from our phone or iPad. Our power is down so we cannot call you about this
You are testing from your program and this is a problem on iPhone - you guys told us you were aware you had an issue
Fix the issue of outgoing emails on iPhones and ipads
Everything else- all the iPhone steps but the issue is your end
I have an issue with SaskTel too
How GetHuman-hssa fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-hssa to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
