I'm having trouble connecting my MLB Ballpark app to SF Giants Ticket Services using my email address, [redacted] I received an email from the Giants on April 8th at 6:50 p.m. with the options to grant access to my email or not. When I clicked the first option, the screen froze and my response didn't go through. I attempted this several times with no success. Please reach me via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted].

Listening to John Miller can be frustrating due to the inaccuracies in his recollections, specifically regarding Juan Marichal's no-hitter in '63. During that game, Willie Mac didn't climb the fence to rob Carl Warwick of a home run as Miller suggested. I was present at the game, and it was a line drive to short left-center that Mac caught below his knees after charging in. These inaccuracies make it challenging to enjoy the Giants' broadcasts, especially when the announcers provide information that is grossly inaccurate. Claims like Willie Mays praising Mac for a home run-saving catch raise doubts about the accuracy of the commentary. Hopefully, John Miller can ensure the correctness of his facts in the future. Goodbye, Dennis J. Arata

I am currently handicapped and possess a handicapped placard due to problems with my right ankle, limiting my ability to walk without pain. I need to purchase 2 tickets for an SF Giants game in a location accessible by elevator, as I can only manage 10 stairs before experiencing discomfort. I have documentation confirming my right to use a handicapped space. Additionally, I am interested in acquiring a fog globe but am unable to stand in line for long periods. My budget for tickets is not more than $30.

I was anticipating the rest of the upcoming season but was disappointed to see the new manager and some players kneeling during the anthem. I believe this form of protest is disrespectful to those who sacrificed for our freedom. I am considering not watching the team this year if this continues. Players should remember that their actions can alienate fans and impact their lifestyles. It's important to remember that just because you have the right to do something, doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. Thank you, David O., Foster City.

I wanted to share my experience with the N Judah line ceasing operations after 9 pm. This poses significant challenges for Sunset residents, especially Giants fans like myself, who have to limit our time at games to catch the last train home. Following Wednesday night's game, I encountered confusion at the platform due to the lack of clear signage about the line closure. Despite eventually being directed to a supposed "N bus" at 2nd and Townsend, no such service was available. Along with many frustrated fans, I waited 40 minutes before resorting to a costly Lyft ride home. The inconvenience and additional expense are disappointing considering the support and investment fans put into attending games. It's disheartening to hear that some individuals are deterred from night games due to transportation issues. I urge the Giants organization to advocate for SFMTA to reinstate N Judah service during evening games to better accommodate fans. Thank you. - K. M.

I have three tickets to the September 17th Giants game against the Braves. I recently found out that we will be joined by a 6-year-old who is excited to attend his first baseball game. I'm looking to add a fourth ticket in the same section or similar seats for our group. I do not have the confirmation number for my ticket purchase, but I have the tickets on my phone, and there is a number below my name, Jeff S., which is [redacted]5. You can reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance in making this young boy's first Giants game a memorable experience!

My husband, J.A., has been a season ticket holder for a long time. A mini Swiss Army knife was confiscated at the entrance to the park during Saturday's game. This item holds personal and financial value, and Jim did not have any malicious intent. I'm wondering if there is a chance that the object is being kept somewhere in the stadium. Thank you for your help with this matter. Jane Armstrong
