Dear Sams Club Rep, Re: Order ********** Please be advised that I ordered members mark full platinum sheets for guest bed & I received members mark king ivory sheets. I sent an email regarding this matter and I’ve yet to be contacted by a customer service rep. I didn’t feel like being inconvenienced by returning the incorrect item delivered so I decided I would just keep them as a spare set of sheets for my king size bed. I just washed them and put them on my bed. It isn’t the color of my choice nor is the quality what I would choose for my king size bed. It only came with * pillowcases, in lieu of *, which I would have selected for king sheet set for my bed. I’m not a satisfied customer. On the package that the king sheets came in, it indicates, "satisfaction guaranteed". What’s even more annoying is there is not a customer service phone number on any of the email correspondences that I’ve received from Sam's Club. Please advise if you want me to return these king sheets and what you can do to resolve this unfortunate situation.
