My name is Victoria Solis and I contacted Sam's Club Customer Service via telephone on **********, regarding an issue I experienced while at my local club. I was given reference number ******-******, and was told that I would be contacted via email within two business days. It has been eight business days and I have yet to be contacted. I just now called the customer service number to follow up and ask when I would be contacted and the customer service representative that I spoke to rudely stated that she has no idea when I'd be contacted and that I had no choice than to continue waiting. I tried to explain my situation to her, and when I waited for her response, she was no longer on the line. My husband and I work hard for our money and we spend a good amount of it at Sam's Club only to be treated like a nuisance when I need assistance. I need help with my situation and would like to be contacted in a timely manner. Thank you in advance for your time and attention.
