My husband ordered * gift cards on Nov **th which our credit card has been charged for already. At this time Dec. *rd we have not received them. I have called * times and spoken to several customer service people with NO RESULTS. Order * ********** I've been email a tracking * which shows invalid also several emails telling me my order has been completed with info how to activate the cards. I've been told they will call me back, never happened. I am so upset about this I'm shaking. I am a ** year member I don't deserve this kind of service around the Holidays. Please reply to me ASAP*I even reply to * of your survives and they were Declined.
