I was trying to get through on the phone but the lines were constantly busy for **-** minutes . ... It is now **.**pm on Sunday *st November . *I received a delivery just before **pm this evening . I had ordered *x ** second class stamps but had been informed that you were sending me *x ** first class stamps , which I was happy about . The delivery men advised me through the window that they had put my stamps in the co op bag i had left out . When I went to empty that bag there were only *x** frist class stamps . I was charged for *x ** first class stamps and am requesting a refund of £*-**p refund for the ** that were missing . *I am not happy at all as a regular customer at Sainsbury's *I look forward to hearing from you and how my refund will be sorted out . *I tried ringing the number on my receipt . I held on for **-** minutes but got no reply . *Many thanks , *Jane ( order number ********

Tried ringing but no response . I looked for a customer complaint email address but there doesnt appear to be one !
