Hiya *Chloe reidy *Since the ** of July I rang customer service about an issue with my pizza I had brought from the woolwich store my * year old niece was eating the crust of my pizza and found a pin in it, it was all rusty and still very sharp, I’m so glad didn’t cut her! I’m been talking to mark from head office and he had said the store had sent it of to be tested but didn’t put a tracking number on it and it got lost which I think they just put it in the bin and no mark has said there isn’t anything else they can do really except offer me £** to which it still isn’t in my account he said it would be. Could you tell me what else I can do as I’ve been on old for over an hour trying to get through and nothing..... I’d like be given a written letter to say sorry and vouchers for the store as it’s really isn’t fair thank you.
