This is the only way I can figure out how to get in contact with Sainsburys, as I am having problems using a mobile at the moment. I can't make payments for my sainsbury's loan or credit card because I can no longer log in to my online banking. This is because I no longer have direct access to any mobile number currently. I know my old mobile numbers last * digits but I still can't log in because I need to enter a * digit code that was sent to that number, that I no longer own. I cannot even change the number, and if even if I could - I don't have another mobile*home phone number to switch it to. Please just make *FA a thing so you don't need my phone. I am trying to pay my bills but it's essentially impossible to get hold of Sainsburys Bank, I also don't call their support number because not only do I not have a phone at the moment, I am having issues with my ears and I cannot hear very well currently.

GetHuman-aharyott did not yet indicate what Sainsbury's should do to make this right.
