Help with my Sainsbury's issue

I contacted Sainsbury’s on the phone number allotted for the elderly to get priority access to their food delivery service. I gave them the necessary information and they said they would contact me within two working days (this was on **st March). On *th April I received an automated voice message saying they could not verify my email address and Nectar card and told me to phone on **** *******. This I have done on times out count, each time having to listen to * or * minutes of spiel before being told to try again later and then being summarily cut off. This is an extremely annoying and dispiriting matter for an ** year old try to get food. I have already made sure that the Nectar site has my correct email but I assume that Sainsbury have passed on to other applicants and won’t review my case without my making contact via this wretched telephone torture which may never let me through anyhow.*Please help!**Gerald Nutton
