A large amount of items were missing from my grocery delivery on ******* (order number *******).**I've emailed about this twice and received only automated responses not addressing the issue (******** and ********). I've called and waited on hold at length with no answer.**I sent a complete list of all missing items in my initial email* I just want the value of these items refunded or a credit issued for the value of them. I'm tired of not getting a response, I use Safeway delivery frequently and spend over $*** everytime but this experience is making me consider never using it again* if I can't be sure that I will receive the items I ordered and I can't contact anyone when items are missing, I won't use Safeway in future.
