My husband and I had our flights from Malaga Spain, to Glasgow Scotland, on the **th March **** cancelled due to Covid. We are trying to get a refund. We were issued with a travel voucher, which has been cancelled. We were given a refund of **e into our account on the *th October ****, we are still awaiting the remaining balance of ***.**e. I was sent an email from Ryanair, on *th October saying that the balance would be paid into our account within *-* days. This has not happened .
