Dear sir*madam**I am contacting you regarding the above booking. I was just looking to check in and came across the horrendous mistake that has been made. *The name on the passenger Louisa yarnold. This should be louisa rudland. I am distraught that this has been made. I was unaware of this mistake and wish for it to be changed. *I am currently a singe parent. Working and struggling to get by. This trip is for a friend's **th birthday. In which I have saved for a long time and well overdue break from our daily struggles. I am so upset and disappointed that I have done this. I am so apologetic and full of worry. I am asking you from the kindest of your hearts to waiver the change of name fee. I would normally never ask this. Having working for a travel agents and tour operator in my past. I completely understand the reasons for charges. But I'm in an awful situation financially that this would brake my bank account and the news of having to tell my friend how our trip may need to be cancelled. *Please if there is any way possible this could happen I will be eternally grateful. *Kind regards *Louisa Rudland
