To whom it may concern,**Last night I had completed my check-in with Ryanair flight to milan, around **:**pm. I filled in my passport details and other requirments on your website. However, upon approval an error message has accured and apperently I was not able to repeat the process due to technical issues from your side. i assumed that the checkin was completed since i entered all details and followed all steps. When i realised that no ticket was sent to my email i tried contacting you with no success. I decided to arrive earlier to the prague airport to sort it out and print the ticket. I was charged ****KC ( Czech currency) even thou the agent informed me that he can see that my personal details were filled on-line yesterday.I am now contacting you in a request to issue a refund for my expenses: ****kc .* I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible without having to take futher actions. Here are my reservation details:*Reservation number: XU***P*Flight no. FR ***** please contact me directly via email or via phone:**** *** *** *** with a resolution. My card shouldn't been charged at all and this event caused me delays at my work by having to spend time in resolving it yesterday evening and this morning, and now.
