Dear Madam*sir,*Due to a delay of * hours of a Ryanair flight from Tessaloniki and consequent lost of connection flight to Porto I asked a refund to the company. However, they are only willing to pay me *** euros per person (their email Ref: ********Z*DG*Q*NIK). **I’m very distressed by the total amount of compensation you are willing to pay. And I would like to ask to please review the total amount for this compensation, as I was expecting you could pay me AT LEAST *** EUROS per person!**Only *** euros per person! It’s UNFAIR and INCORRECT from your company! I had much more expenses because of the delay of your flight, how can I be compensated of that. I draw your attention to the fact that due to this delay:***) I missed my job for * entire day (discounted in my salary)****) I had to rebook a new flight from Berlim Tegel to Porto in another company – Lufthansa – in the total amount of ****,** euros, plus **,** euros for the taxi that I had to call to take me to Tegel airport* this only because I lost my connection to Porto ONLY because of YOUR FLIGHT DELAY****) And above all: the total value of **,** from the flight from Berlim to -Porto (flight R*DE*Q) that I had reserved in your company (ref.: R*DE*Q) and that I LOST because of the delay.**Look, even receiving the *** euros per person – *** euros - I still have a LOSS OF AT LEAST *** euros! The total expenses I had with this issue is **** euros! Only caused the delay of your flight.**Please take into consideration this damage you’re causing me and my family, it’s hard for us to support this type of expenses. Please review my total expenses – I ask you to consider the total amount of *** EUROS PER PERSON, so I can cover the most of the expenses I’ve had!**Please help me with all the distress already caused by this episode.**I’ll be looking forward to receive your answer as soon as possible, please.**Emilia Martins
