I was booked on to flight FR*** yesterday- my name is Emily Locke (booking details E*****@***.com and reservation number FS*EPS). I was told by text that it was cancelled on Friday morning and no reason for this was given or alternative options suggested. Ryanair were impossible to contact and all other flights yesterday were fully booked. Therefore my friends and I spent the majority of our holiday looking for alternative means of getting home and ended up flying back via Madrid yesterday with flights costing £*** per person and train travel £**- the whole journey taking ** hours. We would like this fully reimbursed and think it would also be appropriate for Ryanair to provide compensation for the massive inconvenience caused and time wasted. Please can someone call me ASAP on ***********.
