Dear sir or madam, **I took a flight FR**** from Barcelona El Prat to Rome (Fiumicino) on the **********, which was cancelled due to operational reasons. The reference of the reservation is ********MZDZFN*RT. **I have received an e mail from ryanair the ********** that confirmed that your Account Department would issue a cheque in the amount of $***.** (equivalent of €***) representing compensation under EU******** Regulation and this it would be posted to my address within the next ** working days from the date of this letter. **So far I haven't received anything from you. I am writing to know what happened with the re-accommodation? **I thank you for your help, **Daniel Vanegas Ramirez
