The issue in GetHuman-tonycony's own words
flight NO FR**** ** June **.**.to Porto ,we left * hours late then on our approach to Porto we were diverted to Lisbon to spend the rest of night in the baggage hall till * pm for an other * hour trip to Porto a total** hours to reach our destination and you say that's not a delay. In the baggage hall *** hundred people were left to fend for them self's all your reps could say was they are doing every thing they can witch was nothing no food no drinks was on offer .Mothers with children asleep on the floor because not enough chairs I'm ** struggled to rest on the floor I could not face the bus ride back to Porto so I got the Train to Coimbra an horrendous night .you sent me a copy of EU Regulation ******** Informing me you did every thing that you were legally required to do and you say how you are committed to passengers well being *** people were just ignored but surely you have a duty of care what ever the law is. I am old age pensioner I travel with you because the fares are low ,to see my family .I don't want compensation just wanted some one to get in touch on a personal level that you were wrong in treating your customers the way you did
