Hello, my daughter and her friend have a flight cancelled this sunday *st of July **** (Lisbon to Toulouse FR****). Booking nb OVLIUZ. Another flight has been proposed * days later. This is not acceptable because she has medical rendez-vous before flying again to Spain. So they need another flight. They've booked one more expensive, but anyway they have to saty one night more in Lisbon. Such experience happened few days before when travelling from Toulouse to Lisbon, and they had some money compensation and hotel * breakfast paid by the company. How do you manage the additional night (only one requested for the case), and additional cost for new flight. Thanks for your anwer (they don't know where spend the next night in Lisbon.
