The issue in GetHuman-padraic's own words
We flew from Dublin to Faro last evening booking ref UWCH*Y. We had prepaid for golf clubs €** and were asked to put them on the scales which we did and got bagging tag - no problems there.*We inadvertently put a carry on bag on the scales and was charged another €**. When we realised our mistake a Ryanair assistant directed us to the ticket desk to get a refund. They in turn gave us a printed piece of paper to contact you, customer service.*We have all the receipts, boatdibd pass etc but when I went in online this morning to register them and claim a refund it asks for a **"Baggage Report File reference " which we do not have and I can't get to the next step to claim a refund.**My question is what do I do next or can you send me a reference number.**Thank you *Padraic Walsh
