GetHuman-padraic's customer service issue with Ryanair from May 2018
Help with my Ryanair issue
First: share to improve GetHuman-padraic's odds

GetHuman-padraic's next move: talk to Ryanair when they open.
Ryanair's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-padraic a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-padraic may need:
Name on booking, 6 Character booking reference, and Email address used for booking
Tip from another customer
If you've travelled on multiple airlines, the airline that takes you to your destination is always responsible for retrieving your bag, even if you departed on a different airline.
The issue in GetHuman-padraic's own words
We flew from Dublin to Faro last evening booking ref UWCH*Y. We had prepaid for golf clubs €** and were asked to put them on the scales which we did and got bagging tag - no problems there.*We inadvertently put a carry on bag on the scales and was charged another €**. When we realised our mistake a Ryanair assistant directed us to the ticket desk to get a refund. They in turn gave us a printed piece of paper to contact you, customer service.*We have all the receipts, boatdibd pass etc but when I went in online this morning to register them and claim a refund it asks for a **"Baggage Report File reference " which we do not have and I can't get to the next step to claim a refund.**My question is what do I do next or can you send me a reference number.**Thank you *Padraic Walsh
GetHuman-padraic did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
