My Ryanair flight FR**** reservation no KVBBTD was cancelled on **st May just before boarding time. Refund agreed for that by Ryanair but I tried to call Goldcar to cancel the car hire I had booked through Ryanair and the lady only spoke Spanish. I have since been trying to contact Ryanair and Goldcar about a refund but everything I have tried is not working. My e-mail address is *****@***.com but Ryanair says that’s wrong.
