I used to be a regular at Ruby's on Iliff & Blackhawk in Aurora, CO until it closed. Now I go the extra ten miles to the next closest Ruby's, Allen Kessen's outlet, but my recent visit on Tuesday (9/15/20, Chk [redacted]) was disappointing. The service since the reopening has declined significantly. The hostess was inattentive, the server Edwin only stopped by our table once, leaving us without refills and with cold food. Despite bringing up the issues to Edwin and subsequently Allen Kessen, there was no proper resolution or apology. The experience was unsatisfactory from start to finish, and I expected better from a company that claims to be committed to customer service. We were regulars at the Ruby Tuesday's at Iliff & Blackhawk in Aurora, CO. Sadly, our experiences at the next closest location at [redacted] Tower Rd, Denver, CO [redacted] have been disappointing. Recent visits have shown a decline in service and food quality. Despite attempts to address our concerns with the manager, the issues persist. During our last visit on Tuesday, 9/15/20, our server Edwin was inattentive and the food temperature was unsatisfactory. The manager, A. Kessen, showed little concern for our complaints and the way our food was handled. We were left with cold food and slow service, resulting in a frustrating dining experience. Dear Customer Service, I visited your Ruby Tuesday store in Vidalia, GA on September 27th with family. We were disappointed with the meal - steaks were tough, no baked potatoes, gravy, or mac and cheese available, and the overall experience was not pleasant. The total bill was $[redacted], and we were unhappy with the quality, especially considering the circumstances as we were there before a major surgery early the next day. I'm Teresa S. Recently, I contacted the Ruby Tuesday in Eden, NC on Nov. 21 to order a full rack of ribs and a half-rack along with a medium-rare sirloin steak. Upon inspection, the steak was well-done instead of medium-rare, prompting me to ask for it to be redone. Additionally, my baked potato and zucchini sides were overly watery, so I requested the zucchini in a separate container. However, upon their return, I received only three small zucchini slices and a tiny potato. When I reached out to the manager regarding the portion size discrepancy, I was met with rude and sarcastic responses. Disappointed by the manager's behavior and the poor meal quality, my group and I have decided not to return to this location. Unfortunately, the steak was too tough to eat. I would appreciate a refund for the unsatisfactory experience. Thank you.

During my recent visit to store number [redacted] in Enterprise, Alabama, I ordered from the 2/$22.00 menu. To my surprise, there was a $6 upcharge for half ribs which I was not aware of until I received the bill. The way this additional charge was displayed on the menu seemed unprofessional. If the ribs were not included in the 2 for $22 deal, it should have been clearly mentioned at the top of the menu in bold print with the price. I ended up spending $30 for my meal with my guests and left feeling unsatisfied with the experience.

I ordered three chicken Caesar salads for takeout. Unfortunately, they all had a minimal amount of iceberg lettuce soaked in dressing, with oversalted chicken pieces. The lettuce seemed old and unappetizing. I included a 15% tip for the preparation effort but was disappointed in the quality of the food. I did not return the items due to the hassle and cost involved. The $15 spent per salad did not reflect the poor quality received. The cheeseburger was overcooked, as was the steak fajitas, which I did not eat. I doubt I'll receive a refund, so this experience has deterred me and my family from dining at Ruby Tuesday again.

I visited the Walterboro, SC RT restaurant with a friend for lunch. I inquired about the $6.99 salad bar and Half Price Wine Bottles special, and the hostess confirmed it. When the waitress also confirmed the special, I ordered the salad bar and a $34 bottle of wine expecting it to be half off at $17. However, when I received the check from server Crystal (Chk [redacted]) at RT #[redacted] on June 8, [redacted], at 11:50 am, the wine wasn't discounted. I raised this with the manager, who reluctantly took off $6.99, reducing the total to $45.09. Despite being a loyal customer, this experience was disheartening. I hope in the future, employees are better informed about specials to avoid such incidents. It's disappointing, and it has made me hesitant about returning to RT. I am Mary Wilson. On 6/18/[redacted], my husband and I dined at Ruby Tuesday for Father’s Day weekend. The waitress was pleasant, however, the food quality was disappointing. We tried the salad bar and found the coleslaw to be slimy and unappetizing. Both of us had some before realizing. The waitress removed the plates upon our complaint. My husband's chicken fingers were overcooked and inedible, while my ribs were acceptable. This experience was particularly unfortunate as my husband has been ill for 18 months post-Covid. The coleslaw issue was disturbing for both of us. Despite the 30-mile drive, we observed many other patrons leaving due to a staff shortage. I work as an assistant manager and recognize proper service standards. I packed my uneaten dinner to go but found it difficult to consume, questioning the ribs' safety given the coleslaw incident. Dear Customer Service, I would like to bring up my concern regarding the quality of the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday on Ridge Rd in New Port Richey, FL. I am a loyal customer who frequents the establishment about three times a week for lunch and has noticed a decline in the lettuce quality over my past three visits. The romaine and iceberg lettuce appear wilted and rusted, which is not up to the standard quality I associate with Ruby Tuesday. I have refrained from visiting for about a month due to this issue, even though the service from the staff has always been exceptional. I hope you can address this matter promptly. My visit to Ruby Tuesday on August 6th at the Clarksville, Tennessee location was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, there was limited staff with only one waitress attending to customers. Despite our efforts to place an order promptly, we faced delays and a lack of attentiveness from the waitress throughout our meal. While the food was enjoyable, the subpar service left much to be desired. I understand the challenges of the service industry, but basic courtesy is important when customers are spending their money. Despite this experience, I remain hopeful for better service in the future. Thank you.

As a loyal customer in the hospitality industry for over 43 years, I visited your restaurant in Middletown, NY, and recently dined at your Connecticut location. However, during my lunch visit, I experienced some challenges. I waited to be seated, then sat in the bar area after checking with the bartender. Unfortunately, there was a lack of attentive service and I had to request extra butter from passing staff. Although I usually understand the industry's staff shortage, the subpar service was disappointing. I've frequented many of your establishments across different states for over two decades, spending considerable amounts. My party of four recently dined at Chili's and took advantage of the 2 can dine for $24.99 deal. We added a $5.00 steak and potato option to our meal, with the salad bar being our main course choice off the menu. Surprisingly, we all were charged an additional $4.99 each for the salad bar. This left us feeling overcharged and perplexed as we have never encountered this issue before at Chili's. It's crucial that this matter is resolved as soon as possible because if not, we may have to rethink our patronage to this establishment. Being charged twice for the salad bar has either been a mistake or a miscommunication in the menu description.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent visit. It was our first time trying this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will also be our last. Despite ordering a well-done steak, it arrived rare and dripping with blood. The cheeseburger, also requested well-done, was practically raw. The $20 steak came with a burnt and inedible potato. To top it off, the Diet Coke we ordered tasted like dish soap, and the cups were not properly cleaned. Overall, our dining experience left us feeling very dissatisfied.

During my recent visit to the Ruby Tuesday on Virginia Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia, I was extremely disappointed by the experience. It was evident from the moment we entered as the smell of urine permeated the air near the entrance. Despite sitting at the bar, it took the bartender 25 to 30 minutes to even acknowledge our presence, and it was nearly an hour before we were served a single beer. The condition of the bathrooms was appalling, with excrement and urine covering the floors. To top it off, we even encountered a cockroach during our visit. This is unacceptable and the establishment should be closed!

On March 19th, my group dined at your Sebastian, FL location. Upon arrival, we waited 10 minutes to be seated, despite the restaurant not being busy. Our waitress, Kathleen, mentioned kitchen issues and delayed taking our order. She forgot our water and was slow to come back. Kathleen rushed us to order and snatched the menu when I hesitated. Our food took an additional 20 to 30 minutes. When paying in cash, Kathleen provided change in coins from her own purse. We left the restaurant at 6:45 pm, nearly 2 hours after arriving. Our experience was disappointing, and we will not be returning to Ruby Tuesday.

On Wednesday, May 17, [redacted], my server accidentally discarded my receipt when I paid for my meal with credit card around 9:30 pm. Sadly, I forgot that I needed the receipt to input the number in my Ruby Tuesday ("RT") app for my RT points. I revisited RT today seeking assistance with my points, but they suggested contacting customer service. In a few weeks, my credit card statement will reflect the RT charge of $22.41 plus a $5.00 tip totaling $27.41. As a loyal Ruby Tuesday patron, I am eager to retrieve my RT Reward Points for the transaction on May 17, [redacted]. Your help in facilitating this would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to place an order for the Tuesday Special chicken sandwich before 4:00 p.m., but no one answered the phone. When I tried to order online, it required payment with a card, which I don't prefer for food purchases. After multiple unsuccessful phone calls, someone finally picked up at 4:38 p.m. The manager claimed they were answering calls before 4:00 p.m. I have proof of my attempted order before the deadline on my phone and can provide a screenshot of my phone log. I just want to receive my order. While I understand the current challenges in staffing, it shouldn't impact customer service. It seems there was a discrepancy as they did not answer the phone as claimed.

I am a new employee at Ruby Tuesday's in Henderson, North Carolina. I have been working for three weeks without pay. My recent paycheck did not include my 18 training hours. It is unacceptable that I have to wait until next week due to a manager's error. I demand to be paid promptly. If this issue is not resolved, I will take further action.

On Father's Day, June 18th, six of us dined at Ruby Tuesdays on [redacted] International Drive, Linthicum, MD. While the staff was friendly, the restaurant seemed understaffed. The carpet was notably dirty, the ladies' room had a bad smell and was unclean, half the light shades were missing, and some booths were broken. When we asked for hot sauce, we were given a bottle so old that parts of the sauce had turned green. This level of cleanliness and service was disappointing, especially for a corporate restaurant like Ruby Tuesdays. Good luck with this location in particular.
