On November * I accidentally hit the wrong button and a charge of $***.** was debited from my checking account. Immediately following the mistake I contacted the company who canceled the transaction and refunded my account for $***.**. Later the same day they processed the transaction again and debited my account again for $***.**. After contacting them for the second time (all done via email that can be submitted) was informed they only did it once and it was refunded. However that is not the case and I need the money right away for my rent. The company is aware I am disputing the transaction and will be providing the bank with the correspondence to verify. The money needs to be put back asap as it was already there and about to be sent off to my landlord for rent. Thank you.
