There are a few issues. First, why can't I talk to someone when an issue occurs?*Second, the sitters are either incorrectly stating the distance from your home to theirs or Rover.com is and I keep getting sitters nowhere near where I live. Also it would be nice to have them listed by distance, from closest to fartherest. You miss sitters because they are scattered among sitters too far away. *Third, most important. ... why are there people on this network that aren't watching your pet during the day? They work *-* hours and leave them alone or crate them. Why would I pay good money for that? I can crate my own dog. They have no business on this site. They should list weekends only IF they are you going to be there. This service is getting harder and harder to find a sitter. Good concept when it works.
