Hello, Customer Service,*My name is LOGAN PEARCE, and my cell phone No. is ***-***-****... I tapped up that No. on January **, ****...*There was well over $***.** One Hundred Dollars on the cell, my phone is always off, and today I tried to make a call with my cell phone, only to hear that there was insufficient funds on my phone... I need someone to explain to me where is my money??? I need a clear explanation of what happen to all that $$$ credit???

I went to Rogers local outlet, and had one of the attendants call the Rogers Business Office, on my behalf!!! I got to speak to a human being, instead of ( push *, push *, push * etc., etc., etc.,) Had I not done that, I would still be pushing ***. Even though I made a request on CHAT, to speak to someone, that did not happen!!!
