I need to physically by voice talk to Rodgers billing dept. I have to change how I pAy my monthly service.*Can you give me a phone number. I am a senior who has very limited knowledge of live chat. Please advise.

I am a senior and have very limited knowledge on computers or typing on my cell phone. After two days trying to get a human voice by trying different area's of your program. This was very frustrating. Your live chat did not help me what so ever. Make it simple by listing a phone number right up front so someone can explain to that person what their concern is and if they cannot help at that time they can transfer to the correct human voice. If Rogers care enough for their customers they will make this happen. The fellow who I finally got to talk to was very helpful, respectful , understood my frustration and solved my problem at that time. I do not use Facebook or twitter. Hope this helps you for future frustrated customers.
