Help with my Robinhood issue

Robinhood doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-jillyryd will need to dig through the advice provided by Robinhood, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I am having a fraud issue and no one is helping me with this. I spoke with Jesse in support yesterday and sent him an email this morning (see below) I am filing a report with the FTC by the close of business if I don't have contact today. I am growing very uneasy and do not think I am getting the urgent attention this matter deserves. Someone is using my social security number and I need to file a fraud claim immediately. Robinhood knows who this person is and I am not happy with the malingering responses I am getting to resolve this issue. Will you kindly escalate this to your immediate manager? As mentioned before, I am requesting a call as soon as possible. If I do not hear from someone before the close of business I will be filing an identity theft report with the FTC who will then be reaching out to Robinhood to determine the identity of the person using my social security number.**Regards,*Jilly Ryder
