I paid subscription Dec. Jan. And haven’t been able to get into my account. I get notice stating subscription for **.** I haven’t paid but *.** is being subtracted from my account ending in ****. Do I have to subscribe for **.** in order to continue . If so I should be compensated for the pas two months
