Hi, *I was a happy Napster customer for many years, but I found the service deteriorated in the end, I used it with my Sonos system, and annoyingly I would make a playlist and then find many tracks in the list would no longer play unless you searched for them again on another album etc. I switched over to Apple Music on **th October **** and subsequently I cancelled my subscription to Napster via the cancellation link. Now out of the blue I discovered I am being charged through my Paypal account, this has been happening since May ****, so with the December payment that makes a total of £** that I have been falsely charged. Can you please look into this, as if it is not an innocent mistake I will have to get Paypal or my bank to look into it as fraudulent transactions. You can see that I have not accessed the Napster account and I am perfectly happy with Apple since leaving, so why would I need both accounts, and why have they only restarted from May ****?*Regards Terry Battams******@***.com or *****@***.com
