We used to buy a ton of these and be able to use them with little to no problems when we lived in Virginia. Now where we live the closest places are a ** minute drive (each way) and we've had issues with folks wanting them, which is why we have not purchased in so long. We would like to see how we can simply get them refunded and wait to purchase any others UNTIL and IF they ever get participating restaurants closer to where we live.**Please advise as how it stands now, however small the amount, it is wasted money.**Thank you and Regards**PS. We did attempt to contact your customer service telephone number. Waited ** minutes on hold for “Lewis” to state he could cancel our account and we would lose our money. I told him we’d be fine closing the account however, we wanted a refund for the unused certificates. He PLAINLY stated “good luck with that”. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Was on hold for close to ** additional minutes and was then hung up on. **So, what should have been a simple matter just took on a completely different air.
GetHuman-itsmazey did not yet indicate what Restaurant.com should do to make this right.
