I am employed as refuse monitor at two sites, ten miles apart. There are two ** yd dumpsters in Melstone. One is a recycle dumpster the other for trash. I started calling to have the recycle dumpster picked up due to cardboard bulging com the doors. I also told them the dumpster in Mussellshell needed picked up. More than a week passed before they came, yet the wrong was taken. The driver drove right past the town he was supposed to go to. He picked up a half full dumpster that should not be charged for. When I found out he took the wrong dumpster I immediately called the dispatcher voice mail. When they finally brought a dumpster to the right location it still had trash in it. Taking half full dumpsters and delivering dumpsters with trash is probably considered illegal as fraud, as your company makes money through by tonnage hauled and mileage this is a scam.I very rarely talk to a human. To sum up my complaint, pickup is ALWAYS late, no direct human contact to eliminate confusion. I want a phone number of a manager who answers a phone and has authority to get trucks where they are needed when they are needed
