I made a rental car reservation (paid in advance) for San Juan, PR for June * - **. I received a follow up email from you on **** to print my voucher. It will not connect. It says I "made a wrong turn"!! I tried logging into my account with no luck. I asked to reset my password and no link was ever sent to me. I put in my reservation number, *********, and it again said I made a wrong turn!! My AMEX card was charged $***.** even though I took off the collision protection costing $** during the same transaction and the confirm I have shows $***.** which should be correct. You have not refunded me the $**!! I tried calling your customer service number and I get a constant beep as if the line is disconnected or not in service!!*I need help, now.*Thank you.*Robert Shulman******@***.com****-***-****
