NOT happy. My daughter and I are both members of Regal Unlimited and because of this we have to do separate transactions when purchasing tickets to see a movie together. This works fine if we make a spur of the moment decision to go see a movie, which happens maybe once a year, and purchase at the box office. HOWEVER, to plan our schedule we usually purchase days in advance via the app but due to the fact that we are each doing a transaction for * ticket it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to get our preferred seats, or any, next to each other as it leaves anywhere from * spot (which the other one wants to purchase to purchase) up to * other spots available between purchased seats. This is a SERIOUS issue and makes having an Unlimited membership pointless for those of us who are so busy that they have to plan ahead.
