Dear Team(I don't want to say this at this time but it's my dignity that's it),**I purchased Red mi note* last year ** JAN ****@*.******- without single ruppee discount(actually I use same phone for **months unfortunately is was stolen on my travel)I purchased same phone willingly as I liked this series that much...but * days back it struck a in headset mode...do, I checked normally on online for solution..it is mentioned that it's not a big issue can go to settings*sounds&vibrations *audio settings* but hear there is option of audio setting to make any changes then I went to service centre...on the same day..they said it's mother board issue ...it will be charged *.*****- .so, I said that mobile is under warranty...and given invoice then they said any physical damage will not come under warranty (what is the disgusting point is my ear phones are working fine from paste * years..but mi phone purchased *year back ...port is wear ...se how much good quality of materials they are using to manufacture...mi should be ashame of this point.**My humble request is please use bit quality of materials while preparing mobiles....bcoz mobile is more worthable than ear phones....mobile should be long life than earphones right..??**Even on Redmi services...there is no mail support and on call* service centre won't respond properly to customers ...said I visited * times to mi service centre with one day gap...same type of negligence with service people**Atleast service should be worthable to most range of people**I have very very positive opinion on red mi mobiles ...which is vanished ***% with this situation...**Hope Ur team got understood my pain...instead of your money or profit gaining...**Even under warranty also they collected visiting* inspection charges (very very nasty way of collecting of charge even under warranty period...(****- not a big deal to pay but people have no empathy to customers...they won't understand anymore just only point of mind to collect charges from customers and gaining profits at any cost**No more to speak...**Regards,*Anusha.
