The issue in GetHuman-visibub's own words
used **** code sent to my email....still no call back. site kept saying..phone number and area code were not numeric ...which is impossible. maybe Canada different than zip codes in USA.*Also would not advance on country section so I could enter it...then when I pressed submit...it refused to do so because of * non numeric items listed above. No call back to date...thus super frustrated and finally found * *-*** numbers to call on one of your other RD sites.*Lucky me...finally got a human being AND after*wasted hours account cancelled...after a total of more than ** years as a subscriber....really disappointed with the glitches in your sites and not having a *-*** number listed with our BC telus phone company. Only one they have is out of service!!! Sure hope all this typing causes you to investigate and make things work better for those of us a quick fix or answer with no frustration involved. Horrid customer service like never experienced by RD in the past.
