Today is Thursday, November 21, [redacted], and I recently purchased three gift subscriptions of Reader's Digest. I mistakenly ordered the regular print version but would prefer the large print edition, which costs $15.00 each instead of $7.00. I made the purchase using my MasterCard. I spoke with a representative earlier who mentioned that my order didn't go through. This has happened to me before, and I didn't receive confirmation for the previous order either. I really want these as Christmas gifts. My name is Patsy Ann Tooley, located at [redacted] Trail Loop Drive, Paducah, KY, [redacted]. The gifts were intended for Georgia and Florida, in addition to one for myself. Please reach out to me to discuss how we can adjust this order.

On September 24, [redacted], I sent check #[redacted] to renew my subscription to Reader's Digest for one year until December [redacted]. The check was cashed by Citizen's Bank (R.I.) on October 1, [redacted]. However, on November 23, [redacted], I received a notification by mail stating that I had not paid for the renewal, and my subscription was being cancelled after the December [redacted] issue. I am certain this is a mistake and would like this matter resolved promptly. I can be reached at [redacted] for a phone call (please leave a message) or via email. I am expecting a response from Reader's Digest within the next two days. Thank you.

I have been a Reader's Digest subscriber for many years and recently sent a gift subscription to Shoshana and Becca Eisner as part of a promotion. Although my renewal check was processed promptly, the gift recipient has not yet received their subscription. My subscription is under the name Brad Greenbaum at [redacted] E 26 St, Brooklyn, NY [redacted], while the gift subscription is for Shoshana and Becca Eisner at [redacted] Lindberg St, West Hempstead, NY [redacted]. Could you please clarify when they can expect to start receiving their Reader's Digest? Thank you. Cheryl Greenbaum

I renewed my subscription in July and chose to extend gift subscriptions to Charles Haynes and Wendy Walsh. I was informed they would receive their first issue in December [redacted]. However, to date, they have not received anything, causing me great disappointment in RD. If the magazine offers these deals, they should follow through on them.

I have been a long-time subscriber of Reader's Digest. I previously canceled my subscription due to my busy work and family life. Around or after [redacted], I came across an article in Reader's Digest about foods and fruits containing chemicals, minerals, and properties that can help prevent cancer. I would like to request a printed copy of that article and any updates on new research. I recall purchasing a Reader's Digest book titled "Harming & Healing Foods," but unfortunately, I am unable to locate it. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I contacted two representatives to make changes to my order. Unfortunately, Reader's Digest used an outdated email to cancel my order. I initially tried to cancel on December 4 due to timing issues. After receiving no response, I called and was informed the shipping address could be updated to prevent cancellation, which was done. To double-check, I contacted another representative who confirmed the order would be shipped to Trinidad and Tobago. Later, I was surprised to receive an email canceling my order due to the wrong email address. This situation is frustrating, and I urgently need my order to arrive by Christmas.

I recently submitted a request to update an address. The correct address should be:
Doris Goetzka
W4004 County Rd O
Warrens, WI [redacted]
The initial address listed was incorrect, showing as W4004 McKenna Road. It should be corrected to W4004 County Road, Warrens, WI [redacted].
I am hoping to have this matter resolved promptly as it has been very frustrating. I have been unable to make the correction on the provided website after several attempts.
I appreciate your assistance and would like to be informed once the address is successfully updated.
Thank you,
L.L.

I ordered two gift subscriptions recently, and one recipient hasn't received any notification. The other recipient is unaware of the gift. I also renewed my own subscription. I want confirmation that the orders were received and processed.

I recently received a select edition book along with an invoice that indicated a balance of zero. Having been a recipient of select editions and condensed books from Reader's Digest for over 20 years, I was puzzled by this. I reached out via email to inquire why I received a book at no charge, as I did not wish to inadvertently have a duplicate subscription or face potential future charges. I provided my account number, which is associated with my long-standing subscription for the past two decades (Account Number: [redacted]4). The response email I received mentioned the cancellation of my account, which was not my intention. I simply wanted clarification on the situation and to ensure I do not end up with two separate accounts or face unexpected charges for a book that was seemingly sent as part of my existing subscription.

I mistakenly subscribed to your Reader's Digest Books by ordering the Easy Fixes for Everyday Things book. I accidentally missed details about the Preferred Customer Discount Voucher. The order was made less than 30 minutes ago, and I intended to renew my husband's subscription to Reader's Digest Magazines, not order a book. I would like the book order canceled, receive email confirmation of the cancellation, and ask not to process the $10 charge on my VISA card. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

Hello, I noticed a $15.00 fee on my credit card bill from Reader's Digest. I am confused about this charge. I bought a one-year subscription as a present for my mom. I did not intend to be signed up for another year automatically. Furthermore, my mom has moved and won't get the magazines at her old address. Could you please address this problem by canceling the subscription, reimbursing the $15.00, and removing my details from your records?
Thanks,
Sue

I sent a check for $10 on 11/26/19 to renew my subscription for one year. However, after speaking with a representative, I was convinced to upgrade to a two-year subscription for $15. Surprisingly, both payments (the $10 and $15) were processed, resulting in an overpayment of $10. I would like to request a refund for the duplicate payment. At this time, I do not wish to extend my subscription and would prefer the refund instead. I have been a loyal subscriber of RD for the past 40 years and have never encountered such an issue. I continue to receive bills claiming I owe money, but shouldn't my payment history be on record?

On December 17, [redacted], I sent my $10 check #[redacted] for a one-year subscription. All was fine.
On May 2, [redacted], I mailed my $13 check #[redacted] for a two-year subscription.
I received an invoice for $13 stating "to extend my subscription for one year." The invoice says "1 ISSUE REMAINING" at the top in red letters.
I kindly request my account to be adjusted as I have paid for the issues already. I do not plan to pay for additional issues unless this is resolved.
I love the magazine but do not wish to overpay. A quick response would be appreciated as my subscription seems to have more than "1 ISSUE REMAINING" as indicated in the latest invoice.

Recently, I switched my long-term subscription from the regular print to the Large Print version (ACCT: [redacted]). However, on 01.22.[redacted], I unexpectedly received the regular print copy that I had actually canceled when changing to the Large Print edition. I contacted Synapse regarding this issue, and after discussing the responsibility for canceling the regular version, Rachel from Synapse assured me that she canceled the Regular Print Version on 12.02.19. Currently, I have reached out to Synapse to address this. Can I return the unopened regular print copy to Reader's Digest? I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you, Barbara A.

I recently discovered my joke published in the June [redacted] issue of Readers Digest. I'm concerned about not being asked for permission to print it and not receiving compensation. I left my contact details with Readers Digest but haven't heard back. My name is David M., and you can reach me at [redacted]. I hope we can resolve this issue amicably before considering legal action. I look forward to hearing from Readers Digest soon.

My friend ordered a Readers Digest subscription as a Christmas gift for me but it got delivered to my sister-in-law's address instead. I have contacted customer service by phone, and they assured me that the issue would be resolved, but the problem persists. It seems like a simple fix that needs to be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I am currently subscribed to the Large Print version of Reader's Digest and should not be receiving or charged for the small version. I would like to confirm the effective dates of my subscription. Additionally, I previously gifted a subscription to Aaron P., and would like to change it to the Large Print version using the special deal that expires on May 21. I, Rekha D., have been a subscriber for around 7 to 8 years but have never won anything. This time, I received an empty cover but was informed to keep it as I have been selected. I was also instructed not to send any money as I have done twice before, which will be considered in [redacted]. I have received about 6 emails asking if I want the car and the cash prize of Rs 1 crore. Even though I was told not to send money, I received multiple emails. Due to the pandemic and lockdown, I have been patient, but now I am reaching out since no one answered my calls. Please provide me with information on when the draw will take place and if I have indeed been selected. You can contact me via email or phone at [redacted]. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response. Thank you.

I have encountered issues receiving my Reader's Digest subscriptions at [redacted] South Weber Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado [redacted]. Despite three subscriptions, I only received the July/August issue after my daughter, K. Huffman, intervened. However, I am yet to receive the September issue. In the past, a gift subscription meant for me was mistakenly sent to my daughter in Weatherford, Oklahoma. I have confirmed I receive other mail from Reader's Digest at this address. I seek assistance in resolving this ongoing problem promptly.
