Dear Sir*Madam,**I'm currently in the process of specifying and purchasing new computer components *and related gear.**Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult (if not IMPOSSIBLE) to actually speak to ANYONE *at your company!**This situation may work quite well for you but, is a complete PAIN for your CUSTOMERS*and potential CUSTOMERS like myself looking at spending THOUSANDS of dollars with a*computer product supply company that they cannot even talk LIVE with.**If there is a way to do this, your obscuring website setup has hidden it well!!!**In fairness, I sent an email on your website regarding your **" Raptor monitor and you *did email me back after a few days.**However, I wish to SPEAK to a REAL HUMAN to cover required ground much more *effectively and quickly**Please send me proper contact information so that this can be accomplished.**If you cannot even carry out this basic aspect of running a proper business, then I*do not think that I, nor any of my business associates can work with you.**Regards,**Paul
