Hello, I hope you're all doing well. I encountered an issue with the mouse included in the Power Up Bundle v2. While trying to scroll, the page started scrolling in the opposite direction. I brought the mouse back to the Fnuc store where I made the purchase. They are now requesting that I return all the items from the bundle. However, as I rely on a computer for work, I cannot afford to be without a keyboard, headphones, and mat for an extended period. Is there any way to resolve this matter without having to leave all items at the store?

Good evening, I am currently experiencing issues with connecting my Nari Ultimate headset to my PC. These headphones were gifted to me last December and have been functioning perfectly until today. There is a continuous blue flashing light when they are turned on, and I have attempted troubleshooting by changing USB ports, restarting my PC, using the utility apps for pairing and dongle recovery, but none of these methods have been successful. Occasionally, I may hear sound for a couple of seconds after my attempts, but then it goes back to the flashing light and silence. The headset seems to be constantly connecting and disconnecting on the audio device list. I am quite frustrated and would appreciate any assistance, especially considering the headset is likely still under warranty. Thank you for your help in advance.

Dear All, I am writing to address an issue I encountered with my Razer computer and to request reimbursement for the damages. In [redacted], I purchased a Razer Blade Stealth, and after a year and seven months, I began experiencing battery problems. Despite contacting customer support promptly, I was informed that the battery issue could not be resolved. Over time, the battery swelled, rendering the computer inoperable and posing safety risks. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by the lack of assistance in resolving this issue. I am requesting reimbursement for the computer and any additional expenses incurred due to the faulty battery. Enclosed are photos demonstrating the battery's impact on the computer. I kindly request full reimbursement for the computer and related expenses. I believe this is a fair solution that upholds Razer's reputation as a customer-oriented company. Hello, I purchased a white Razer DeathAdder Essential mouse a month ago and connected it today after my old mouse stopped working. Upon plugging it in, the mouse immediately moved to the top left corner of the screen and did not respond to any movement. It did respond to right-clicking initially, but after unplugging and reconnecting it, it stopped working altogether. When attempting to update the mouse's firmware, following instructions from your forum, I was unable to click the update firmware option using the old mouse while both mice were connected. I suspect the new mouse I purchased may be defective, as I could not get it to function. Please assist me in finding a solution to this issue. Thank you in advance. Tomer.

Hello, I bought a Razer rz09-03286e22-r3u1 laptop. One key, the question mark and forward slash key, isn't working while the others are fine. Could you please inform me about the repair cost? The laptop is out of warranty, but I can provide the serial number if required. Thank you.

I am having trouble registering for a Razer ID. When I try to configure the mouse on my computer, I have connected everything, gone through the process, and was asked to confirm my email. However, I received an error message stating, "Oops! Email confirmation information is missing." I am unable to find any other way to make my mouse work. I haven't even connected the headphones yet.

I purchased a Razer Blackshark V2 X headset with the USB Sound card, but I did not receive a code for activating the 7.1 surround sound feature with the warranty. Even though the headset I purchased was supposed to be compatible with 7.1 surround sound, I cannot get the code after providing the serial number of the headset. I have been informed that the headset is not compatible, which contradicts the information on the box and the official website. It's frustrating that I cannot utilize the full potential of the headset after investing money in it. Can you please provide me with the necessary code to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature?

Good afternoon, my name is Dani and I wanted to inquire about an issue I am experiencing with my Barracuda X Wireless headphones. I am encountering Bluetooth connection errors when trying to connect them to my PC. I suspect it might be related to the USB to Type C cable because when I use the Bluetooth mode on my phone without the cable, I do not face any errors. This situation is hindering my ability to use the headphones for gaming or watching movies. Despite the headphones being relatively new, the place of purchase has not been able to provide a solution. I purchased two cards on separate days from the same store. Unfortunately, when I scratched off the back, two numbers were missing from each card. Despite not scratching them too hard, the numbers are unreadable. I still have the receipts indicating the amounts and the activation papers. With a total of $[redacted] between the two cards, I am unable to use them. I would appreciate assistance in obtaining a refund.

Hello, I'm Kenneth Starkey. I purchased a $60 Razer Gold card today at 1:30 pm. Unfortunately, when my wife, Emily, tried to load it onto our boys' PC game, it was marked as used. Hello, I recently purchased a Razer Gold card for $60 at Giant Eagle on 11/01/23 at 1:30 pm for my three boys, but unfortunately, the card I received was reported as already used. I have the receipt as proof of purchase. I would greatly appreciate it if I could receive a replacement e-gift card via email to make my boys happy again. I am not comfortable with technology and prefer speaking to someone directly. I loaded funds onto a Razor Gold gift card and sent pictures of it to my friend to add to her PayPal. Unfortunately, the money did not transfer as expected. I still have the original gift card, receipt, and activation code. How can this issue be resolved?

Здравствуйте. У меня проблема с мышкой Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed. ПК ее видит, на экране появляется курсор и откликается на правую кнопку мыши, но сам курсор не двигается. Мышка кажется выключенной, хотя она не падала и ничего не случилось. Вчера все работало нормально, а сегодня такая проблема. Можете посоветовать, как установить драйвер или может потребуется ремонт?
