I attempted to incorporate a feature resembling a UTG used by Flamingo in my game similar to Adopt and Raise a Cute Baby. I did not realize it was against the rules. I just wanted to enjoy it like Flamingo does in my own game. Upon reviewing the Terms of Service, I found no mention of such restrictions. I assure you that I will not engage in any form of exploitation, hacking, or trolling in the future. Reconsidering my ban would make me very happy. I have been an active player since [redacted] and consistently support your app with monthly purchases. Being unbanned would bring me great joy. Hello, my name is Daisy. I lost access to my Roblox account around 1 or 2 years ago. Despite my efforts, I was unable to locate the person who took over my account. They logged in and played under my profile, where I had spent over $[redacted] on Robux and still have [redacted] remaining. The hacker transferred some of my Robux to another account called daisydu_78. I am requesting a refund or assistance in reclaiming my original account daisydu78. I have been experiencing issues with purchasing Robux recently. After buying Robux, the balance briefly appears, then suddenly disappears, leaving the balance at zero (0). This prevents me from buying my Roblox accessories. I have lost over $50.00 and would like a refund. My parents are hesitant to purchase more Robux for me until this issue is resolved. My account, fwayboii, was recently hacked. I had purchased a premium monthly membership for $4.99, which promised [redacted] Robux. Shortly after, the membership disappeared, and I was puzzled until I checked my transactions and found an unrecognized charge from a private server named Vex. I have never heard of this server and did not authorize this charge. I can confirm that I did not visit any free Robux sites or share my password; I have since changed my password and enabled two-step verification. I have evidence of the hack and would like to reclaim the [redacted] Robux I paid for. Additionally, I urge you to take action against the perpetrators by banning them. I have screenshots of the server and the individuals involved.

My 8-year-old daughter accidentally purchased a white bunny for [redacted] robux while trying to trade for a pet. I've requested a refund, but was informed that purchases cannot be reversed. Although she didn't receive the bunny, the robux were still deducted. She has had a monthly subscription and previously bought a shirt and pants for her avatar, which were later discontinued without a refund. My daughter entered a Roblox Facebook group offering "Free legendary pets" with a link. Despite closing the page quickly, she was logged out and locked out. I received a 7-day ban for alleged harassment, but I want to clarify that it was a misunderstanding. While chatting privately with a friend, we discussed the topic of sexual orientation, and when my friend made a joke saying "I'm gay," I playfully responded with "LOL YOU SAID YOU'RE GAY." The main issue is that my son did not link an email or phone number to his account. A representative confirmed that there is no contact information associated with the account. This raises the question of how we can regain access to an account that lacks such crucial details. I believe there should be more stringent security measures in place, especially for a platform meant for children, especially since payments are involved. Despite providing bank statements as proof of legitimate purchases on the account, I am facing challenges. The support team is seeking details of the very first purchase made in February [redacted], which I do not have access to. While I have verified all other transactions, I am disappointed by the lack of assistance offered. This situation is exceptionally frustrating considering the substantial amount of real money spent on purchasing virtual currency. I am having trouble accessing my Roblox account because it seems that my password has been changed without my knowledge. I have been unable to reset it as the app requires me to use the original email/phone number I signed up with, which I no longer have access to. This restriction is causing me a lot of frustration as I am unable to update my account details and retrieve my password. However, after receiving a response to my inquiry within 3 hours, I was dismayed to find that my account had been terminated due to being compromised. Despite my explanations, I was informed that they could not verify my ownership and the account termination stood. I suggested they check the associated email account that I continued to use, but they maintained their decision. I find it perplexing that my ownership could be validated initially to terminate the account but not afterward. This inconsistency is frustrating and seems unfair. While playing Adopt Me, I encountered a player trying a trust trade by saying "abc." Curious, I engaged in the trade by offering my ox, only to have the other player decline the trade after taking my pet. I persisted in asking for my ox back and eventually reported her. Even when she agreed to return it along with a cracked egg and a bat, I refused, anticipating she would accuse me of scamming her. As expected, she did accuse me of scamming her to others. When one person started to believe her, I questioned her about the supposed scam, and she claimed it was a dog I took, which didn't make sense. Frustrated by the false accusations and Roblox wrongly labeling me as a scammer, I felt incredibly angry.

My account was terminated, and it’s not my fault. I tried calling to resolve it, but no one answered, so I left a voicemail. I was banned for unauthorized charges that I didn’t make. My mom, the card owner, can prove it. It's unfair to be punished for something beyond my control. We both got hacked through our WiFi, and our info was used against us. Hello, I received a Moderator Note from Roblox stating that my account, username IuvIean, was moderated due to reported unauthorized or disputed charges. Despite emailing Roblox and being told they would contact me soon, I did not receive a response the next day. I have proof of completed charges on my bank statement and Microsoft, as I used my Xbox to purchase Robux. I never reported any unauthorized charges, and my bank confirmed the charges were not refunded. I spent a significant amount of money purchasing gift cards for Roblox, which were not refunded. I am 18 years old and have never used my parent's card information. I am confused and feel like my money was taken unfairly. At around 4:00 p.m. today, our 9-year-old child bought 10,[redacted] Robux for €[redacted].99 from the Google Play Store without our knowledge using an old mobile device, and the funds were deducted from our groceries account. Later, my husband noticed the deduction around 5:45 p.m. We requested a refund from Google Play, which unfortunately got denied. Due to a past injury in September [redacted], I have been unable to work, and we are currently relying solely on my husband's income.
